Biomechanical Aspects regarding Restoration of Shoulder Stability in Athletes

چکیده
Although the recovery of body after exertion or post-trauma is particularly important, in contemporary sports, for various reasons, it often not given necessary time. The main objective research was to study biomechanical particularities shoulder that ensure mobility and stability order recover post-luxation. activity carried out on two athletes, during 8 months, we followed restoration muscle imbalances analysis unstable shoulder. objectives were select most effective methods means physical therapy, by which restore post-luxation shoulder, athletes. As working used exercises performed a closed kinematic chain neuromuscular proprioceptive facilitation techniques, balancing forces deep muscles. In conclusion, can be said through isometric work balance stabilizing at level joint. Through sessions performed, diminished considerable increase strength per articular

The effect of postural restoration exercises on function and isokinetic torque of shoulder external and internal rotator muscles in non-professional athletes with shoulder internal impingement syndrome
Introduction: Internal Shoulder impingement is one of the most common problems in athletes with postural asymmetry. The present study aimed to investigate the effect of postural restoration exercises on patients' disabilities and the torque of the shoulder rotator muscles. Materials and Methods: In this clinical trial study, 23 patients with internal shoulder entrapment were randomly divided in...

Glenohumeral joint instability is extremely common yet the defi nition and classifi cation of instability remains unclear. In order to fi nd the best ways to treat instability, the condition must be clearly defi ned and classifi ed. This is particularly important so that treatment studies can be compared or combined, which can only be done if the patient population under study is the same. The ...

The scapula serves many roles in order for proper shoulder function to occur. These roles include providing synchronous scapular rotation during humeral motion, serving as a stable base for rotator cuff activation and functioning as a link in the kinetic chain. Each role is vital to proper arm function and can only occur when the anatomy around the shoulder is uncompromised. The presence of bon...

Define shoulder instability and identify the most common causes of shoulder instability in athletes. Shoulder instability encompasses a wide spectrum, from complete dislocations that require manual reduction to microinstability in throwers. When we looked prospectively at West Point cadets, we found that 80% of instability events were subluxations (no manual reduction performed).1 We found that...

To further clarify possible sports injury of shoulder joint of excellent discus athletes at beginning phase of rotation and biomechanic characteristics demonstrated, the paper adopts close range dynamic stereo photography measurement method for fixed-point shooting of live competition, training of discus athletes. Comprehensive analysis and research of motion image and information is done with ...
